Who operates this site

This website is operated by Dora Kovacs, an independent licensed real estate professional. It is not the official website of the developer or of Kempinski Hotels S.A. Enquiries submitted here are received by Dora Kovacs.

What we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, email address and telephone number, and optionally your purchase intent, timeline, whether you are a buyer or a broker, and any message you write.
• Context about your visit. The page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, the website that referred you, and any campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) present in the link you followed.
• Analytics. Aggregate usage data collected through Google Tag Manager and the tags configured within it.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to send you the pricing, availability, floor plans or brochure you requested, and to understand which marketing channels bring genuine enquiries so we do not waste spend on those that do not.

Where it goes

Enquiry details are transmitted over an encrypted connection to Follow Up Boss, the customer relationship management system used to manage enquiries. They are not sold, rented or traded, and are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags. Depending on the tags configured, these may set cookies used to measure traffic and advertising performance. Campaign parameters and your landing page are held in your browser’s session storage for the duration of your visit only, and are cleared when you close the tab. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained in the CRM for as long as needed to serve you as a prospective purchaser, and thereafter as required for record-keeping. Gated document links expire seven days after they are issued.

Your choices

Children

This site is directed at adults evaluating a property purchase and is not intended for children.
