It is an informational and enquiry website operated by Dora Kovacs, an independent licensed real estate professional, for the purpose of providing information about Kempinski Residences Miami Design District to prospective purchasers.
Developer and brand
The prospective buyer is advised that the “Kempinski Residences Miami Design District” are developed, financed, marketed and sold solely by Biscayne Residences Holdings LLC (the “Developer”), a company independent from the Kempinski group, and the “Kempinski” name is used by the Developer solely for the purposes of marketing and selling the Units under a license from Kempinski Hotels SA. The role of the Kempinski group following sale of the Units by the Developer is limited to the supervision, direction and control of the management of the Residences by OWNER and the grant of the right to use the Kempinski name and Trademark as an identifier of the Residences only.
The condominiums are being developed by Biscayne Residences Holdings LLC. A Delaware limited liability company. The condominiums are being developed by Biscayne Residences Holdings LLC and not by DaGrosa Capital Development Partners or any of its related or affiliated entities.
Renderings and specifications
All images are artist’s conceptual renderings. All information, illustrations, plans, specifications, dimensions, finishes, amenities, services and features are conceptual and subject to change without notice.
Measurements
Stated interior square footage is measured to the exterior face of exterior walls and to the centerline of interior demising walls, or to the exterior face of walls adjoining corridors or other common elements, without excluding areas that may be occupied by columns or other structural components. This method of measurement varies from, and is larger than, the dimensions that would be determined using the description and definition of the Unit set forth in the Declaration. All dimensions are approximate and may vary with actual construction.
